On this Friday morning, we wanted to share with you a great resource from one of our friends/business associates, Todd Tramonte.  Todd is an excellent real estate agent who primarily helps home buyers and sellers in the Richardson, Dallas and Collin County areas.  In fact, he actually served as Andrew Gore’s own realtor last year when Andrew Gore and his wife bought their home.

The most recent Dallas & Richardson Housing Market reports are out and they continue to reflect the increased levels of activity we’re currently seeing in the market. We continue to see relatively low levels of available housing inventory for average price points in our areas, which is a sign of strong demand. In the average price range in Richardson we’re only seeing three and a half months worth of inventory! … Buyers continue to gain confidence in the market, which is helping the average Richardson home seller get their home sold for more than 96% of their asking price.
